A&CE Group (hereafter A&CE) is an auditing and consulting company belonging to ten biggest firms in the branch in the Czech Republic.

For several years A&CE has also been a leading firm in valuation (in majority of cases valuation means full range of services including the overall coordination) for the purpose of transformation processes (combination of companies), that is for mergers (integration, absorption), splits and changes to a firm's legal form.

We focus all of our services on answering the needs of midsize and large companies that require solutions for acceptable prices with satisfactory range, depth and flexibility that would support their businesses.

A&CE was established in 1991 and it represents historically one of the first subjects that obtained a license for providing audit services. In 1992 the parent company A&CE was appointed by Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic an Expert house in economics, transportation, building industry, mechanical engineering, and agriculture. At the beginning of 2002 A&CE Global Finance obtained permission from the Securities and Exchange Commission to trade securities.

Since the commencement of our operation the company expanded significantly. A&CE, now having eight subsidiaries, employs about 100 specialists such as auditors, tax and corporate advisors, judicial experts, lawyers with excellent knowledge of law regulations and standards, and local practice. Convenient location of our offices in Brno, Prague, Hradec Králové, Uničov, Trutnov and Velké Meziříčí allows us to stay close to our clients.

An evidence of high quality of services we offer is a fact that since 1997 we belong to a reputable international network of auditing and consulting companies Kreston International. Thanks to the membership in this network having over seven hundred offices in ninety-five countries on all continents, our employees have a direct access to broad international knowledge and experience, and our clients to the worldwide consulting and accounting services.
