Transaction Advisory Services

Advising on the purchase and sale of companies or parts thereof

In the case of a sale, we are able to provide a comprehensive service starting with the estimate of the current market value of the entity to be sold, followed by finding and selecting a suitable candidate for the purchase of the company to be sold, and finally the professional supervision of the entire transaction.

In the case of a purchase, we provide a comprehensive service in the form of selecting and approaching a suitable candidate on the market for acquisition, subsequently estimating its market value, including supporting arguments for a qualified estimate. We are also ready to provide advisory services in negotiating the final sale price, including overseeing the entire transaction.

In order to ensure the required quality of professional advice, we have access to the financial information databases TP Catalyst and especially REFINITIV (formerly Thomson Reuters). We also benefit from the international network of Kreston International, the 10th largest financial group in the world, of which we are long-standing members.

Steps to sell a company

  • Determination of the seller's idea about the basic parameters of the sale, including an indicative estimate of the entity to be sold (free initial meeting). 
  • Market research in the Czech Republic and the adjacent foreign region and subsequent identification of potential buyers (using information from paid databases and in cooperation with partner companies)  
  • Presentation of possible candidates - companies with potential interest in acquiring our client 
  • Approaching selected candidates and starting negotiations on the possible acquisition of our client 
  • Finalisation of the transaction with the selected candidate

Steps to purchase a company

  • Determination of the buyer's idea about the basic parameters of the desired entity (free initial meeting) 
  • Market research in the Czech Republic and the adjacent foreign region and subsequent identification of potential entities for the acquisition transaction (conducted using information from paid databases and in cooperation with partner companies)  
  • Presentation of possible candidates - companies suitable for acquisition by our client, including presentation of basic parameters of these entities and the relevant market where the selected company is active 
  • Approaching selected candidates and starting negotiations on their possible buyout/acquisition  
  • Finalisation of the transaction with the selected candidate
